    They are both Elite 15 athletes, world class Hyrox coaches and they led Team Ireland to the World Championships in Nice.Prior to Hyrox, they were both incredible world class athletes in Triathlon and mountain running, representing Ireland whilst living in a campervan with their family during summer race season. What a vibe!

    As we close the European Hyrox season, Dena shares her tips for the off season and discusses training tips to help you smash your 2024/25 race season.
