  • Last night I got home after a *magical* 30ish hours at a hotel with my oldest son, Teddy, who is now 7 years old. Today, I'm re-sharing why I do these trips with each of my kids - I hope it inspires you to do one!

    Some of my favorite memories of my entire LIFE? The solo one night trips I take with each of my three kids. Today I'm sharing with you guys when I started doing these trips, what purpose they serve, and how it's helped me deepen my bond with each child. If you have the time and means to do it, a solo one night trip with your child (especially if you have more than one) can be an incredible, unforgettable experience.
