    In today’s episode I am going to talk to you about the cost of rage what is rage? Range is an intense expression of anger. Anger is a complex emotion that can be experienced in various shades or degrees. Anger is a complex emotion and it can range from mild annoyance to intense Fury or rage.

Sometimes, you might be feeling disconnected or  you may be anticipating a disconnection. This can be a challenging emotional experience.
