As consumers, women have long held the buying power, but not necessarily the business power in the world of wine. Only 10% of winemakers are women today and there are still very few women in leadership roles in the wine industry.

    Our guest today is determined to elevate women in wine, creating a winery that's run by women, partners with women-owned businesses, and donates part of their profits to groups that empower women.
