  • Summary

  • In this episode, I welcome Lorna Clansey, an Amatsu practitioner and energy worker based in Dulwich, South London.

Amatsu can be described as a therapeutic and holistic approach to the body which combines a more traditional understanding with anatomy and physiology.

A lesser known approach than physiotherapy or osteopathy, the results nonetheless speak for themselves.

Lorna has helped countless men and women experiencing physical pain get well when other approaches just offered temporary relief.

Lorna tells us about how taking herself to Sri Lanka to celebrate her 30th birthday changed the course of her life when she discovered Amatsu.

Over a decade later, Lorna is no longer working a corporate job and is applying her many gifts and trainings towards the well-being of individuals, not only physically through treatments, but also spiritually, through Soul Circles and energy work sessions, a process that she still finds baffling and incredibly humbling.
