  • In this episode, I welcome Stéphanie Cruchandeau aka Chef naturelle.

    Stéphanie, who is based in Hertfordshire, has put her creative energy into plant-based and seasonal cooking since 2019 for the greatest joy of some curious foodies.


    Born in the South West of France in a family where the love of food seems to be congenital, Stéphanie didn't embrace a career in cooking from the word go. A Masters Degree in Law and Insurance Law under her belt, she moved to London in 2008 and worked in the insurance world until she decided it was time to return to her first love: Chef naturelle was born.


    We talked about food (obviously!) but not only. We evoked our respective upbringing in the countryside, reminisced about some much-loved dishes and reiterated the importance of food as life-sustaining and that of the mind-body connection.
