Choosing yourself over others I know for some of you may not feel very nice and its a really uncomfortable feeling but in this episode I explain how it doesn't have to be like that.

Putting yourself to me is a selfless act and it benefits everyone around you if you can truly work on yourself and become the best version of yourself.

I question the people you have in your life if they don't understand the difference and supporting you while you change and take some time for yourself. If they don't get it maybe that's a question for yourself if they really need to be in your life.

What I would suggest is that if you are going to be doing some deep work on yourself ask for some help and guidance because my own personal journey I have found that some things that have come up, have been really hard to work on by myself.

I know as I get older I need more alone time and didn't quite understand why that is. Some of it is because I am going through perimenopause and some of it is I just don't need so much stimulation all the time and really slowly down as I get older.

I will never stop as I get older but aware that I see things differently now and honestly if I don't start putting me first now who knows how long I will be around for so now is the time to put me first and others will have to wait!
