  • Dr. Adarsh Thaker is a board-certified Gastroenterologist and advanced endoscopist with a particular interest in bariatric and metabolic endoscopy as well as other minimally invasive endoscopic procedures. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Thaker also serves on the national committee for the American Gastroenterological Association's (AGA) Center for GI Innovation and Technology and is also the co-chair of the AGAs educational program on Innovations in Duodenoscopes. He completed his undergraduate training in chemical engineering at UCLA before attending medical school at New York Medical College. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship and advanced endoscopy fellowship training at UCLA.
