I have been having a lot of conversations lately with my students and clients about perfectionism…so much so that I had to turn on the mic and talk to you about it….

In today’s episode, we are going to drive straight into this uncomfortable topic…..so you can recognize Perfectionism in all of its sneaky forms…..have some actionable tips to deal with it…..

And…I am going to share with you a BUNCH of my faux pas over the years…..in the hopes you’ll see me as a prime example….that it’s okay NOT to be perfect……as my Mom says….”Perfect is boring!”
