    Last weekend, I visited the A Plus Market in Melbourne - a plus size fashion market where ‘everyone is invited to take up space’. Being in a place designed specifically for plus size people was the most welcoming, joyous and comfortable experience, where I truly felt like I belonged.

    It got me reflecting on how the world isn’t built for people in larger bodies, and we are often made to feel unwelcome or like we don’t belong. As someone who has done a lot of work on this, I didn’t think it was something that bothered me but (spoiler alert) I’ve realised it actually does.

    This episode is a deep dive into my realisation, and a chat about why diversity and inclusion is SO FREAKING IMPORTANT.
