Every woman needs to hear this!

This is such a great podcast to empower the ladies and really anyone. I love the different approach to foods and fitness that I learn here. Listening to this podcast has changed the way I talk to myself and is a great way to approach healthy living with my daughter without causing her to have any negative feelings about food/ nutrition.
