  • How to Go From Running Through The Motions to Living A Life You LOVE!!

    This week we are going to talk about actions you can take TODAY to create a life you LOVE! 


    Have a Plan in Place:

    • Check lists
    • Calendar 
    • Schedule appointments
    • Time blocking (Google keep)
    • Timers for Productivity


    Do A Gut Check Every Week:

    • Why are you putting things off and procrastinating?
    • Is it laziness?
    • Are your goals too big? You may need to break them down into bite-sized actionable items. 
    • Do you struggle with comparing your present to past failures?
    • Are you lacking focus? 


    You May Need Some Reflection

    • How can you plan better for next week? (brain dump, checklist, meal plan, meal prep, grocery order, automated messages, schedule into your day important tasks or meetings, put systems in place).
    • What can you do to limit distractions? (limit social media, set timers, set reminders/alarms, talk to yourself before you start a task &&& remind yourself to focus on JUST THAT & nothing else).
    • Do you have a budget or a financial plan for the week, month, year, etc.?
    • Reiterate your goals and WHY you’re going to work hard towards them so you have purpose behind what you are doing.



    Realign Yourself:

    Don't be afraid to adjust and make changes.

  • Focusing on What's to Gain vs. What's to Lose

    I don’t know who needs to hear this, but maybe this time instead of focusing on what you LOSE when going after your goals, you can focus on what you will GAIN and who you will become during the process.


    We all could reach the same destination with different routes, but the journey that focuses on GAINING rather than LOSING is a lot more constructive, inspiring, encouraging and sustainable.
