Here is Gill's Bio:

After working in the Corporate World and then the Fitness Industry for over 20+

years, the birth of my twins and other global events encouraged my energy to take a

different path into more Holistic way of working with the Body, Mind & Spirit.

Kinesiology seemed a perfect, structured, fully inclusive therapy to work with all

things ‘energetic’. As someone who has always been and remains curious, other

modalities presented themselves to me – learning new things, and what soon

become very apparent -- this was more like ‘remembering’ these skills, tools or gifts.

I teach Yoga, Qigong, offer one to one Kinesiology and work with Women’s Health

issues and created workshops and classes called MenOcize.

My purpose is to teach, show, support others on their journey to wellness and

empowerment.
