After competing at the Irish Amateur Open Championship in Sligo last week, Peter O'Keeffe & Keith Egan sit down to talk about the tournament itself, their performances and what they learned as they move towards the East of Ireland in June.

They also look back at the Munster Stroke Play and Peter gives an update of how he feels his swing change is developing and ho he achieves calmness on the course. Another championship in the bank, and unfortunately it wasn't to be for Peter this time round. However, with a long summer ahead, Peter draws on the positives and took a lot of learnings from this years West of Ireland Championship.
