Jessica Phillips, owner of Christian Rae Designs, lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with her husband Scott Phillips & two children, Avalynn (11) and Curtis (9). They also have two dogs, Teddy & Frosty, and two cats 🐈‍⬛(so far- living in the country can do that to you!) “Momma Cat” & “Mocha” is their names. Jessica went to Tennessee Wesleyan College & graduated in 2011 with an elementary education degree. She taught 3rd grade and then Kindergarten but moved on to working in the ministry world at a local Cleveland church. For a few years she was the Parents Day Out director/ teacher & Pastors Admin but felt God's calling to listen to her heart. She has now taken a huge leap of faith to chase her dreams in becoming a shop owner that she now calls Christian Rae Designs (named after the middle names of her children). I was a dancer growing up. I used to run road races all through my 20s and 30s. I started going to Our House Studios about 6 years ago doing their HIIT classes. I decided to begin weight training and I got my personal training certification in 2021.

Over the last few years I have studied exercise science and physiology to determine what are the most effective exercises for muscle growth. My training focuses on women, particularly post partum who want regain their pre-pregnancy body but don’t know where to start.

I also calculate macros and diet plans for anyone who is wanting to lose weight, recomposite their body, or gain muscle

Michelle Davis is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist and LearningRx Certified Master Brain Trainer, having received over 150 hours of training in this field before becoming Executive Director of LearningRx of Chattanooga in May of 2012, then the primary owner in 2022. She is thoroughly trained in the implementation of multiple brain training programs including LiftOff, targeted to Pre-K students, ThinkRx, ReadRx, MathRx, ComprehendRx, Brain Booster for adults, and BrainSkills, an online training program. Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree from Lee University in Cleveland, TN in 2007, and has since been partially responsible for the dramatic improvements of more than 500 students within the southeast region, and continues to focus her passion toward providing additional opportunities for struggling learners.
