    Knowing about Employee Resource Groups (ERG) is vital to developing a robust Talent Strategy in the DEI puzzle. In this third episode of the second season, I invite five incredible colleagues and friends to talk about the advantages of the ERG. They all belong to "Juntos Podemos," the ERG that promotes, engages, and develops Hispanic/Latin American talent within AMS.

    In this second episode of our second season, We discussed a breakthrough issue with Nicole Brender A Brandis and Luke Kohlrieser in the Talent acquisition field because Artificial intelligence is maturing faster, and especially in the talent environment, most of the prominent suppliers have started launching new features on their systems. However, it is critical to understand the holistic approach to implementing and deploying AI in the TA process. 


    With these two visions, you will know more about artificial intelligence, its application in the TA domain, the opportunities that TA leaders have to upskill and reskill the TA teams, and how important it is to design a robust business case to take a strategic decision if you decide to implement any change in your IT environment to automate the activities.


    Last but least, as we used to end up each episode, we learned more about Luke as human beings through our round of personal questions. 


    So glad to continue discussing with my AMS friends great and interesting topics.
