It is time for a fresh new beginning……a time to embrace excitement and wonder. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to allow you to feel and manifest joy…abundance…..and renewal...knowing you are worthy of so many wondrous things. Lets center…..calling forth your Spirit, Spirit Guides, Angels and Masters…to guide you forth on your journey of new beginnings and give you strength and peace. Place any intentions you may have in your heart and mind now….and so it is and so be it…. As we begin……find a quiet…… comfortable place…….. Sit or lie down in a position that feels restful yet alert……….. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in……. and slowly exhale…….. Do this a few times…….. Let’s embark on this journey together……….. Take a moment to settle into your space……….. Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body……….. Notice the rise and fall of your breath………..PAUSE As you inhale…….. imagine drawing in peace and calm……… As you exhale……. release any tension….. worries……..or things that are not serving you… Continue to breathe deeply and gently……. allowing your breath to anchor you to the present moment………PAUSE Let's start by relaxing your body……….. Begin at the top of your head……….. With each breath……… let the muscles in your forehead and around your eyes soften…… Release any tightness in your jaw and let your lips part slightly……… Feel this relaxation travel down your neck and shoulders……… Letting go of any burdens you may be carrying………… Allow your arms to rest comfortably……..releasing any tension in your hands and fingers…… Feel the warmth of relaxation spreading through your chest and down into your abdomen………. Notice your breath becoming even more rhythmic and serene…………..PAUSE Continue this wave of relaxation down your legs……… letting it flow through your thighs……. knees…….. and calves……… Finally……. let go of any remaining tension in your ankles and feet………. You are completely relaxed…….. grounded…….and ready to embrace this new beginning…. Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful garden……… This is your Garden of Renewal……… The air is fresh…… and the sky above is a serene shade of blue……. As you step into the garden……. you feel a sense of peace wash over you……. Look around and notice the vibrant flowers in full bloom……. Symbolizing the various aspects of your life……… They were planted as a tiny seed….a spark of thought and inspiration….. Look how they are growing……. Each flower represents a different area of your life where you seek renewal……. Take a moment to admire their beauty and variety……PAUSE In the center of the garden……..there is a wishing well……. It is surrounded by moss…flowers and trees…….. Walk towards it and notice how the sunlight dances all around it…….. This wishing well represents the flow of new opportunities and possibilities in your life…… Wishes coming true………. Gaze into the well……close your eyes and see and feel your dreams.….PAUSE Dreams coming true…… New beginnings are transforming for you…….. You can feel it in your being……. You make a wish and toss a penny in……… Envision what you want to grow from this wish…….. It could be a new project……a personal goal…..or a desired change in your life…… As you do……..let these affirmations flow into your being…….. Have you judged another? We have all fallen into this thinking at some point in our lives. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to release the need to judge another and their actions so that you can live your life and they can live theirs. Lets Center ... .calling forth your Spirit, Spirit guides and Angels to support you on your journey and release the need to judge another and find peace ... .and so it is and so be it………. Begin to find a comfortable position lying down………allow your space to be quiet and uninterrupted for your healing meditation……. Let your eyes gently close……….. Become fully relaxed and focus on your breath……….PAUSE Take a few deep breaths……….inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth……….. Do this a few times…..in and out………. Allow each breath to calm your mind and relax your body………………. Go deeper and deeper ………..let go….PAUSE Feel and go deeper within yourself…..all your emotions…..observe the good and bad….. Be the witness to your thoughts………. As you continue to breathe deeply…………bring your awareness to your heart center……. Notice any sensations or feelings that arise in this area…………..PAUSE Now……….think of someone in your life who has caused you pain or frustration……… Reflect on the emotions that come up when you think of them…….. Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings without judgment………. With each inhale………….breathe in compassion for yourself and for the person you're thinking of………….PAUSE With each exhale………..release any tension or negativity you're holding onto…….letting go of judgment and resentment……….. Becoming aware of your goodness within……….. Repeat to yourself silently…………"I accept others as they are…….knowing that everyone is on their own path…….. I release the need to control or change them……. I choose to live in peace and harmony with myself and others………LONG PAUSE Imagine a gentle stream flowing gracefully through a lush forest………its waters glimmering in the soft sunlight………PAUSE As you observe the stream………notice how effortlessly it moves……..unrestricted by obstacles or judgments………..PAUSE Allow yourself to be like the stream……….flowing with ease and grace……unencumbered by the weight of judgment…………PAUSE Picture any judgments or criticisms you may hold about yourself or others as leaves floating upon the surface of the stream……………. With each breath………….. watch as these leaves gently drift away……..carried downstream by the current………….. Feel the weight of judgment slowly lifting from your shoulders………. leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace…………..PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply………..allow a sense of acceptance and compassion to wash over you…………. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to pause and reflect on what you have accomplished and be proud….to give yourself the respect and love of where you are today. Let’s center…calling forth your Spirit, Angels and Guides ... ..to protect, guide and cheer you on…they see all that you have done..they are proud and want you to be proud as well. Set any intentions you may have….for the highest and greatest good…. Get yourself in a comfortable and safe space…. Place your body in whatever meditation state you like…. Be in harmony and peace with your body… It’s important to find what works for you……PAUSE Gently close your eyes…follow the air into your nostrils….. into your belly….. filling up your lungs….slowly let it out… Feel the escape of the air…..let go…take 3 more deep breaths into your nostrils into your belly….. filling your lungs and slowly releasing it…..one more time….. With each breath you are more and more relaxed…PAUSE Adjust your position… We are celebrating you today……. You have impacted this earth greatly with your beauty and aliveness ….. Just by being you……. Picture yourself in one of your favorite accomplishments…where are you….. who's with you.. What smells are around you…bring that image and sense…. in deeper… Feel the strength of this….strong…. happy …..proud….feel it fill you up Feeling all of those emotions big and small……… Now…….. think about what makes you unique……. Your talents…….your perspective……your experiences…….these are all parts of what makes you….you. Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror……looking into your own eyes……and recognizing the beauty of your individuality…….. Embrace it….. celebrate it…… and let it shine……PAUSE The great accomplishments you have achieved are to be celebrated ……. You…… you did that… not anyone else… Not some famous person…your friend….. sibling…parent or child but you…. You have the ability to achieve greatness……. Keep allowing the mind to go from this memory to another time of accomplishment… Where are you this time…..PAUSE Smile….relax… nothing but this matters right now… Let everything else go… This is your moment …feel it….. cherish it….. You are safe…… You are calm and at peace…. You are amazing… ….divinely amazing…….PAUSE Notice your breath……long and slow…. This is you……cherish this moment and all your accomplishments Now reflect on a significant obstacle you've faced and overcome……… It could be related to your struggle with a bad or destructive habit or any other challenge that tested your limits……….. Acknowledge the courage it took to face that obstacle and the strength you displayed in overcoming it………….. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to connect deeply with the planet we call home……and give thanks to Mother Earth. Lets invoke….calling forth our Spirit, Spirit guides and Mother Earth…Gaia…. as we honor her beauty…and wisdom. Protect her and give gratitude for her …and so it is and so be it Find a comfortable position lying down…….. and gently close your eyes……. Take a moment to become aware of your breath……………. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and each exhale……….. Let your breath be slow and natural…….. allowing yourself to relax fully into this moment……..PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply………. envision yourself surrounded by the beauty of nature…… Picture yourself in a serene outdoor setting……. perhaps by a sparkling river…… under the shade of a majestic tree……..or atop a mountain peak with a panoramic view…….PAUSE Feel the Earth beneath you……..supporting and cradling you with its infinite strength and stability…… Connect with the energy of the Earth………. allowing it to flow freely through your body……grounding you in the present moment…… Bring your attention to your feet…..feel your feet firmly spreading like roots of a tree into the soil and earth beneath you……once you feel rooted and grounded….now feel the earth’s energy pulling up from your feet to your knees…your upper legs and the rest of your body…until it settles at your head……PAUSE Feel it pool at your head and crown and then rush up and out your head………… Now the energy shifts……feel the pull from the top of your head downward through your body to your feet……PAUSE You are one with the earth…energy….energy cursing downward….energy cursing upward…..PAUSE Now……... .bring your awareness to the sights and sounds of nature around you……… Listen to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze…….the soothing melody of birdsong……. and the rhythmic flow of water nearby…………PAUSE Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the symphony of life that surrounds you……… Take a moment to express gratitude for the Earth and all its wonders……….. Reflect on the beauty and abundance that it provides………from the air we breathe to the food we eat…….and the breathtaking landscapes that inspire and nourish our souls…….PAUSE With each breath………. send love and appreciation to the Earth…….. honoring its sacredness and acknowledging our interconnectedness with all living beings……..PAUSE Visualize this love and gratitude radiating out from your heart………. enveloping the planet in a warm embrace……….. As you continue to breathe deeply……….imagine yourself becoming one with the Earth……merging your energy with its vast and ancient wisdom……….PAUSE Feel a sense of unity and harmony with all of creation………. knowing that we are all interconnected and interdependent………….. In this state of deep connection……… take a moment to set an intention for how you can honor and protect the Earth in your daily life…………. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to reclaim the freedom to choose yourself. Put yourself first and reestablish your freedom and aliveness. Lets invoke…calling forth your Spirit, Spirit Guides and Angels to surround… guide and assist you on this journey of self care. Place any intentions you may have in your heart and mind now. And so it is….and so be it….. Find a quiet……..comfortable space where you won't be disturbed……. Lie down in a relaxed position. ……. Make this space as comfortable as possible…..prop yourself with a pillow…have a blanket….and maybe even an eye pillow to darken the light……….. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose……. allowing your lungs to fill completely……. Slowly exhale through your mouth……..letting go of any tension……. Continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically…….letting each breath bring you into a state of calm and relaxation……….. Long breath in…..long breath out…….in…..and out…….PAUSE Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a magnificent…….ancient temple…… This temple is a sanctuary built just for you…………a place where you can find peace……..wisdom…… and self-empowerment…….. You can feel the energy vibrating in your being……. You slowly begin to walk forward…….step by step…… Breathing is steady and paced with your steps…… The temple doors open slowly………inviting you inside……..PAUSE As you step through the threshold……..you leave behind all your worries and burdens….. Inside…….. the temple is filled with a soft……golden light that makes you feel warm and safe…. The golden light streams through the temple's stained glass windows…… It creates a prism……on the floor…..and bounces off the elaborate crystals adorning this sacred space…….. The air is fragrant with the scent of incense……wafting through the temple walls…….. Calming your mind and soothing your spirit……….. You notice a pathway lined with glowing lanterns leading you deeper into the temple….PAUSE Follow the path……….feeling each step grounding you more deeply into the present moment. The lanterns represent the wisdom and strength of the countless women who have walked this path before you……….. Their light guides you……… illuminating the way to your own inner sanctuary………. At the end of the pathway……. you find a beautiful……ornate mirror standing tall……. This mirror reflects not only your physical appearance but also the essence of your true self…… As you gaze into the mirror………you see a woman who is strong…… independent…..and worthy of love and respect…….PAUSE Take a moment to appreciate yourself……….. Acknowledge your journey……..your struggles…….and your triumphs………..PAUSE Understand that prioritizing your needs and desires is an act of self-love and respect…….. You are deserving of care and attention…….just as much as anyone else in your life….
