Dream come true and ripple out to your kids.

It's funny how we can be so inspiring with our words to our kids, yet in moments.. many moments.. our own dreams get stuck or slowed with the demands of daily life..

What if.. daily life, and the voice of our dreams all intermixed, we make then come alive and in fact THAT.. more than anything else.. inspires our kids to live THEIR best lives..

The win win is so strong.. and motivating.

We are so deeply on that path, at moment.

Though as my husband and I pivot once again toward a guiding light..

I'm comforted by the thought that.. as we swim the currents.. our daughter will learn the same..

And, as we conquer and realize our dreams.. she'll also see what's possible..

And, all the other stuff .. that's a bit tough on the way..will all feel worth it.,

it IS worth every imperfect step.

Working with transitions, our kids and us.

We often ADULT things .. meaning we wash over things.. even when we too feel tension in different movement through one door to another or phase in life..

Kids feel smaller transitions.. bigger than we might as adults..

How do you help them move through these sometimes tricky, tense and pressurized times?

I know many of us have been managing seemingly never ending transitions..

The creativity, realmess, imperfection.. yep, it’s BIG, these days.. and even in the discomfort of it all.. I love it.. (It’s slightly terrifying and shakes my bones.. yet it’s all worth it for what’s on the other side!:)

Politics these days.. is well.. a sticky subject.. especially “family politics”..

Daily things, the bigger things and all of our humanness.

How is this showing up in your own life?

Do feel your failing or flowering?

Personally, I’m feeling BOTH.

I was on a roll with my voice project for myself, you and young people and ..

Swoosh.. reality came in..

And, at 2AM I booked a flight, packed and got ready for an entirely new phase.

These last weeks, I’ve been managing that family mix of ick and wonderful.. reality with an unexpected moment of my dad landing in the hospital..

And, amidst it all.. pausing for gratitude for what HAS and IS showing up..

Breathing with the ick that fear, greed and insecurity bring in.. feeling sadness for the humanness of it all..

And, seeing the beauty of all the souls that I’ve missed and reconnecting.

While, Ella is showing and feeling with her body.. what is ACTUALLY in the room..

And, we’re all just doing our best.

This time, beside the tears.. was so power-full.. no regrets for coming, supporting, reconnecting and more..

And, Ella.. brought in the play and joy between it all.. THANK GOODNESS!:))
