Her earth magic caught my eye at the local farmers market, where I saw her smudge bundles, candles and cards. This art fills in the spaces between delightfully crafted plants she also offers to the community.

I find that after Litha, the Summer solstice, routine becomes very important in order to propel the momentum forward most efficiently to reach our goals. You know I'm an ambitious witch! Time saving strategies and energy improving solutions are music to my ears.

Box breath has many benefits that reduce stress and affect the health of the body, including immunity and the nervous system.
