Joe kicks off this week's show by sharing 3 exciting projects he's currently working on. • #530 Top 6 Reasons Most Gyms Fail Within The First 1-3 Years!
    Jul 10 2025
This week Joe is joined by his Iron Business Blueprint partner Chris Tutela. The show starts off with some "Jersey talk" and banter (including Joe's current beef with ChatGPT Lol), then they start talkin' business! Together, Joe and Chris share their "Top 6 reasons most gyms fail within the first 1-3 years"... More specifically, 30% of gyms close within the first 12 months and by year 3, the failure rate climbs to between 50-70%! If you are a gym owner or an aspiring gym owner this is a MUST LISTEN! (That is, if you DON'T want to become another statistic!) And for those of you who don't own gyms - there are a ton of great business/life lessons, valuable information, and (of course) funny moments! Give it a listen... You won't be disappointed :) *For a full list of Show Notes w/ Timestamps visit www.IndustrialStrengthShow.com.

Joe has always been a guy that I'd go to for information, but the podcast has taken it to another level. I feel like he's talking directly to me and it's easy to understand and digest. I've followed him for over 20 years now and his information and knowledge has only gotten better. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who's serious about strength training to listen to his podcast. It got me through my tough times and it's helped me come back to training better than ever. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Joe, thanks again for all that you've done for my career and the community. God bless you my brother from another mother.
