For the majority of his career, Steve worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange while he and his wife Judi raised their kids Devon and Mairin in Cold Spring Harbor, New York. Steve is also the founder of a rental real estate business in Vermont and the author of The Unlikeliest Olympian: Our 12-Year Struggle To Save Our Child: A Story For Every Parent. Over the years, Stephen has enjoyed sketching and his hand-drawn images appear throughout the book.

My second graduate guest this month is my niece, Grace Posillico, a recent graduate from Sacred Heart University where she studied theater. With a burgeoning career in stage management, Grace has worked on several productions, including new works showcased at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Currently, she is set to pursue her MFA in Stage Management at Columbia University.

Over the years she has been deeply involved in her community, starting as a counselor at Abby's Performing Arts Coaching at age 12 and advancing to roles such as Private Voice & Piano Instructor, Assistant Director for musical productions, and Camp Director. Kadence is also dedicated to inclusivity through her work with Best Buddies, an organization that works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
