  • Season 3, Episode 13: NC “I Gave Birth” Bracelet Project

    This week we are joined by 4 RNs across the state! Katlyn Moss, BSN, RN, one of the hosts of our podcast, is the Region I Perinatal Nurse Champion. This means her job is to provide equitable and evidence based maternal health information to the western part of the state through the MHI grant. She works with 5 other Perinatal Nurse Champions across the state and this podcast highlights their shared “I Gave Birth” bracelet project. The “I Gave Birth” bracelet project is an educational initiative with the goal of decreasing postpartum mortality. Listen in to hear about the project and, most importantly, why it matters!
