• Dina Rovner – UN Watch says the UNRWA employed terrorists are not just bad apples, the organisation is rotten to the core
    Aug 14 2024

Maurice Klein speaks with Dina Rovner, legal advisor for the UN Watch, which for over 30 years now has been fighting for truth at the United Nations (UN). Dina tells us about the mission of UN Watch and how it monitors the anti-Israel bias at the UN. We hear about Australia's vote at the UN along with the UN's Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, an apologist for Hamas, her long history of antisemitism, the purpose of her trip to Australia which didn't qualify as a country visit that should be paid for by the UN, which the UN Watch exposed and initiated a complaint to the UN. Dina details the UN Watch's latest work on UNRWA focusing to expose UNRWA staff antisemitism with UNRWA's continuing inaction on neutrality violations. The UN discriminates against Israel in so many ways, with once again this year adopting 15 resolutions against Israel and only 7 against the rest of the world. There are a number of petitions on the UN Watch website at www.unwatch.org. Sign Up, Take Action and Support UN Watch - a leading voice combating antisemitism and anti-Israel at the UN, while engaging at the highest levels of government and countering misinformation in the media.

  • David Collier – The issues with the BBC are not actually about the BBC, nor the issues with the ABC are about the ABC: they are societal problems
    Aug 7 2024

Maurice Klein speaks with David Collier, who is a researcher and an investigative journalist on antisemitism inside anti-Zionist activity, with a focus on the BBC's anti-Israel bias and dishonesty. The BBC most recently ran a story about a young man with Down's syndrome in Gaza, who as the BBC states was mauled by an IDF dog and left to die by the IDF. Digging into the story, David unravels the truth, which is shocking as it is extreme, with the BBC not only providing cover for Hamas with a whitewashing of a terrorist family using the young family member as a human shield, but also accepting the terrorist family's highly distorted edited narrative blaming the death of the young man on Israel. The BBC journos then “butcher” an IDF statement and account of the unfortunate events (terrorists were identified inside the house) to make sure the truth was never told, which then gets even worse, with the BBC management hierarchy then doubling down on the deliberate deception. You just can't make this anti-Israel dishonest bias bullscheissen up; then again, the BBC along with the Australia's national broadcaster, the ABC, have a long history of doing so, thereby fuelling anti-Israel antisemitism . To follow and support David Collier's unique and hard hitting research exposing extremism and antisemitism, go to www.david-collier.com; on Twitter-X: @mishgan and on Facebook. • Sharonne Blum – In my mind the Jewish Council of Australia (JCA) is perpetuating antisemitism
    Jul 31 2024

Maurice Klein speaks with Sharonne Blum, who is a Jewish Studies educator with over two decades of experience. Early July Sharrone had two articles published in The Times Of Israel Blogs: “We Too Are Fighting A War Right Here In Melbourne” and “Australia Has Its Own JVP And Calls Itself the Jewish Council Of Australia”. The war in Israel against the Hamas Palestinian government of Gaza is an existential physical war for Israel which has triggered a global war against the Jewish people, framed as anti-Zionist. Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) is an American left wing anti-Zionist Jewish advocacy organisation that is critical of Israel's so-called occupation of Judea and Samaria, Israel's eternal biblical heartland, the disputed Palestinian Territories, and also supports the BDS campaign against Israel. The JVP, by aligning itself with anti-Zionists, along with its attempts to redefine antisemitism and anti-Zionism in an attempt to separate Judaism from Zionism and to divide the Jewish community. The newly formed, grandiose, Jewish Council of Australia (JCA) with a fraction of Jewish members helps to sow the seeds and to fuel anti-Semitism which endangers the Australian Jewish community. Am Yisrael Chai!

  • Maia Ifrah – In Sha’ar HaNegev we do not have the privilege not to be optimistic
    Jul 24 2024

Maurice Klein speaks with Maia Ifrah, the International Partnership Director in the relations and resource development department of the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council, in the northwest Negev Desert on the border with the northeast tip of Gaza. We hear about the loss of life, hostages, devastation experienced and endured by 10 Kibbutzim, 1 Moshav and 1 absorption centre that make up the Sha'ar HaNegev. Maia tells us how the council has been facilitating and assisting the many residents that have been returning to rebuild their lives and the communities of the green lung envelope. This is all being achieved with the much needed support from overseas Jewish communities, with JNF Australia very much a major ongoing contributor and partner with immediate support for the on-the-ground healing of Israel's south and the Sha'ar HaNegev communities. Maia Ifrah is the guest speaker at the upcoming JNF Gold Patrons Lunch; while Eylon Levy is the soon-to-be keynote speaker at the JNF annual events in early September. To support the very important, great work of JNF Australia go to www.jnf.org.au, or www.jnf.org.au/gold-patrons or phone 1300 563 563. JNF Australia - Healing Israel's South.
