    Jun 23 2024

What is judgement, and why does feeling judged feel so unpleasant? And then, beyond that, how can you figure out what to do when you feel judged without causing a bigger issue?

Being judged by others can make you feel bad about yourself, but the thing is that it says way more about who they are rather than you… so the trick is to learn how to manage judgement in an objective way, and that’s what I’m exploring this week in the Let’s Talk About Mental Health podcast.

If you’re ready to stop feeling judged by others and want to learn how to deal with haters then you’re in the right place… because that’s what I’m talking about this week in Let’s Talk About Mental Health — the weekly podcast that makes mental health simple.

Ready to learn how to let go of judgement? Then, get comfortable and let’s talk! 😃

I am obsessed with the LTAMH podcast!

I am a 30year old female with childhood trauma. As a mentally healthy adult I have and still am working on becoming a better person all the time. Ive been listening to the LTAMH podcast for months, and each episode makes me feel cleansed and happy. I cannot speak highly enough for Jeremy's knowledgeable advice and assessment of each puzzle piece of good mental health that he covers. I listen to the episode on patience on a regular bases and it gets me refocused and curbs my anxiety on stressful days when I really need support. I have told so many people about him, because I am confident that every person listening to his message will feel thier needs are important and recognized. Each episode has a How To section so you can start moving forward with bettering yourself in a tangible way. He is down to earth and has experienced his own challenges and has been strong enough to overcome and find a light and understanding that he shares with his listeners. Jeremy if you read this, thank you with all of my heart. You are a good and beautiful human being and I appreciate you so very much! I would love to see your book on Audible, as I have bad vision and cannot read text easily, otherwise I would've already bought it!! Peace and Light to you in all that you do. -Markette
