Good info but not for CA

This was a good and encouraging episode. But it isn't helpful for CA specifically Bay area people. I applied for Dispatch, completed the 75 page application and 39 page background. Passed the very hard test, interview process and was disqualified by the investigator. What I found discouraging is that I work for a Federal agency so I don't think there is anything in my background that he could have found. I actually disclosed something that was expunged from my record over 10 years ago just being honest. Passed the polygraph. I jumped through all of those hoops only to be told no. Well there is no wonder they are short handed if they are turning qualified people away with no explanation. I said I wouldn't apply again because that experience was horrible but because of this episode I might give it another go

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
