With 30 years of experience, Christian de la Huerta is a sought-after spiritual teacher, personal transformation coach and leading voice in the breathwork community. An award-winning, critically acclaimed author, he has spoken at numerous universities and conferences and on the TedX stage. For most of us, the past couple years have afforded an opportunity like never before to stare into the face in the mirror and ask difficult questions. In fact, he would suggest that because our lives paused for a time we were able to lean into what it means to become more deeply ourselves!
