Healthy and abundant self-love is the foundation of everything.

Stuart expertly intertwined the ideas of Vex King’s latest book, concepts and theories from different schools of psychology and thought leaders into a thought provoking discussion on the importance of honesty, communication, authenticity, respect and kindness in navigating life and love. The candor and vulnerability he demonstrates in this episode adds weight and relatability to the topics and encourages thoughtful answers to the questions Stuart poses. I’ll be listening to this episode again and again when I need gentle reminders.
