practical, accessible, and reasonable

Chel has a calm speaking voice and offers short mini meditations that are applicable to every aspect of life. 10 min duration on the average make this mini podcast meditations accessible and reasonable. Best part... they are affective! Chel is well grounded and practical. you don't have to be in any particular spiritual path to be able to relate and find benefit. There are ads at the beginning of each session, but they include discount codes for the listener. The ads are presented by Chel, as well, so easy to listen to and very short. Even if you've tried many other guided meditations, try a few of these! You'll be glad you did.

just what i need

i love the format and the author's voice. The vivid imagery allows me to go on a journey of mindfulness. i now look forward to my meditation sessions
