Find a comfortable position, lying down, gently close your eyes, and take a deep breath, allowing your body and mind to relax. As we begin, let us bring our awareness to our breath, the ever-present rhythm of life. Inhale deeply, drawing in pure, revitalizing energy, and exhale, releasing any tension or worries…….. PAUSE Feel your breath flowing effortlessly, grounding you in this present moment…..PAUSE Now, envision yourself surrounded by a soft, radiant light. This light represents your higher self, the divine essence within you, guiding and supporting you on your path…PAUSE Feel its presence enveloping you, nurturing your spirit and filling you with love and tranquility. Take a moment to connect with your intuition, that gentle whisper from deep within your being……..Trust in its wisdom and allow it to lead you on this inner journey….PAUSE Feel its gentle nudges and subtle messages, guiding you towards your true purpose and calling in life….. Imagine yourself standing in a lush, serene garden, bathed in the golden light of the sun. As you walk through this garden, notice the vibrant colors and delicate scents of the flowers. Each blossom represents an aspect of your unique life purpose…..PAUSE Allow yourself to be drawn to the flower that resonates most deeply with your soul. As you approach this flower, feel a profound connection. You and this flower are intertwined, both part of the same universal tapestry. Ask the flower to reveal its wisdom to you, and listen with an open heart………PAUSE Let the essence of the flower infuse you, filling you with clarity and inspiration. Now, let us turn our attention to energy healing. Visualize a beautiful, glowing ball of light at the top of your head…, your crown center. This is the source of your inner healing energy. With each breath, feel this ball of light expanding, growing brighter and warmer. As you exhale, imagine this healing energy radiating outwards, flowing through your body, and extending beyond, into the world around you. See it bathing every cell, healing and rejuvenating you on all levels—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Allow this healing energy to dissolve any blocks or barriers, creating a clear and open channel for your life purpose to manifest.   • Hello from Katie : The Energy of Worry vs the Energy of Trust

    How do you feel when you wake up in the morning lately? I’ve noticed that I wake up under the weight of a never-ending task list. I spend my mornings in my head, organizing, prioritizing and putting life’s puzzle pieces together. I get a lot of satisfaction out of this. (Anyone else’s brain work like tetris?) But, I’ve noticed that there’s an undercurrent of anxiety here. Kinda like, if I keep checking things off this task list, “it” won’t get me. I can keep “it” at bay. What is “it?” I’m not too sure yet. But what I do know is that there are a lot of moving parts in my life right now. (You too?). Many big things in transition. So, perhaps my tetris brain feels some sense of control as all these things are on the move. Perhaps this in and of itself is fine, but what about the underlying worry? It’s like I’m watching an artist painting a mural and I’m unsure of how the big, red stroke of color she just made fits in. I can’t see the larger picture. So I worry. I let anxiety pool up inside my mind and body and fret about each brushstroke. I seem to forget that I can just sit back and trust that the artist will create the most magical masterpiece. That I can surrender to the flow of the process. And I forget that I am the artist. And that I am creating this vision with the Universe. Can you think of an area of your life where you are in the energy of worry lately? What are you always trying to control? What are you always trying to organize? Now breathe… How can you invite in more trust? How can you loosen your grip on all the details? Trust the process. Trust yourself. Trust the flow. Trust in the divine purpose of it all. And how does that make you feel? Today I’m making a few declarations, commitments to myself, and you’re welcome to join in with me if it feels right for you. I choose to pause each morning and become aware of my energy. I choose to remember who I am, so that I may move through my day aligned. I choose to follow what feels good, and trust my intuition. I choose to remember that I am the painter…the creator of my life. Each color, each brushstroke is up to me. I choose to let go of the energy of worry and surrender to the energy of trust. LONG PAUSE Now, shift your focus yo your breath, and as you do, notice that each breath you take relaxes you more deeply. LONG PAUSE As you relax, feel any area of your body that’s holding stress give way to relaxation. LONG PAUSE Now, imagine sitting outside with a slight chill in the air. You’re stretched out on a lounger with a dying fire in front of you. PAUSE The embers of the fire glow in and out, and every now and then, a piece of wood falls deeper into the fire, with ashes and light Bursting forth. PAUSE Marshmallows and chocolate bars rest on another chair, a reminder of the sticky sweet treats you enjoyed earlier. PAUSE The last life of the fire crackles in relaxing tones, sometimes louder, sometimes softer, a melody of tranquility PAUSE A breeze adds an extra nip to the air, and so you drape a fuzzy blanket over your shoulders. PAUSE Sitting back, gazing at the fire, you sip a cup of tea brewed with lavender and chamomile. PAUSE The tea relaxes and calms any nerves or stress in your body. It warms you to the perfect temperature, balancing the brisk air around you. PAUSE An incredible sense of comfort and safety envelopes you, as if all is well with you and with the Universe. PAUSE You take a deep breath letting the security and tranquility expand within you. There is peace and comfort beaming from inside you. PAUSE You gaze at the sky, and watch as the thousands of stars look like they're moving, and only you can see. They’re your magic stars. PAUSE Deep relaxation envelopes you wraps you in a soft blanket of love and coziness. PAUSE You snuggle deeper into the soul of the blanket, as a fresh chill in the air arrives. PAUSE A pillow appears behind you head, soft like a swan, and you rest your head and neck on it, letting the pillow gently cradle them. PAUSE Your eyes are heavy now, so you close them, and just continue listening to the gentle sizzle and snapping of the fire. PAUSE You snuggle more with the blanket, shifting it slightly to find the perfect position. PAUSE The fire crackles again, releasing a tiny orange flame that shimmies and bounces before falling back into an ember. PAUSE Take a breath and feel the cool air touch your chest and core. And as you do, you feel the sweet weight of sleep coming over you. PAUSE It’s time to rest, by the fire, under the stars, cocooned in your blanket, feeling relaxed, safe and deeply comfortable. Good night.
