This is something that is naturally part of a strength training program when the goal is overall fitness, but clients are not always as bought-in when they are in pelvic floor physical therapy for core-related issues such as diastasis recti or back pain.     Jenn was recently interviewed for an article in Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's health and wellness blog. The article has a spicy title "The Chair That Might Save your Sex Life - and Your Pelvic Floor" and is all about the Emsella Chair - a newer 'device' often featured at med spas and other similar establishments. While the title might make the Emsella Chair sound amazing, Jenn pushed back and educates readers on what our pelvic floor muscles really need to function well, which no device can replicate.
