    it's been a tough week this week, my kids have been ill, I haven't been well myself - my cup is... empty shall we say.

    It got me thinking, though about how I DO NOT look after myself as well as I should, so this episode was therapy for me and I discussed the things I need to do to change that

    wow... comparison in motherhood is real isn't it?! we all have those days where we look at another mum/woman and think, how do they do it? what am I missing? am I as good a person as them? but we absolutely cannot compare!


    this episode is the reality check you need to understand that you are an amazing mum and you should be proud of what you're doing!!
