Jess Seitz is a trauma-informed pelvic floor occupational therapist and founder of Pain-Free Intimacy, where she works as a vaginismus recovery coach to help women from around the world break free of the pain and frustration of vaginismus to enjoy intimacy the way it was intended. She has a background in nervous system regulation and chronic pain management and uses this to offer a unique approach to vaginismus recovery. More about my guest:
Brianna Murosky was drawn to pelvic heath when she experienced her own symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction while in collage. She holds a certification as a Pre and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and Trauma Inform Pelvic Health (TIPH) in addition to completing a divers variety of pelvic health courses. Brianna is especially passionate about getting to the root cause of each individual's pelvic floor dysfunction which involves assessing nervous system regulation, biomechanics, lifestyle habits and more. She believes it is her job to empower her clients to better understand what's going on with their own bodies, and walk alongside them in their journey to recovery. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends while cooking a homemade meal. She is always down for an outdoor adventure including water and snow sports. After work you can find her at the gym weight lifting or elevating her yoga practice.

Jeanice is a board certified pelvic health physical therapist. She became interested in the field of pelvic health in 1999 after the birth of her first son. Since that time, she has seen the power of pelvic floor physical therapy in her own life as well as countless others that she has connected with over the years. She is the owner of a 10 location therapy practice in central Texas as well as a medicare certified home health agency. In 2018, she started a nonprofit pelvic health awareness initiative, myPFM.com, to reach more people with hope and help. In 2024, she launched a line of pelvic supportwear clothing.
