    Sometimes...or maybe not.

    IIFYM (If it Fits your Macros) is an older version of trendy eating that was popular about 10 years ago, but many still follow its formulaic outline.

    Some love the numerical feel, making for ease and perfection. Others find it too limiting or too flexible at the same time.
