    Healing is an art form, and the Wise Woman knows that all healing is an on going process. But when we hit up against another trauma, sticking point, memory...we might think we failed or wonder why it's happening again... 'didn't I tend to this a long time ago in all those therapy sessions?'

    In this candid conversation with my weekly Mastery ladies, we talk about the Spiral of healing and how we can view our place in healing as a positive moment in our life, where we are moving UP the spiral, and seeing the same incident or trigger with fresh, expansive eyes.

    Is this too much fat?
    What does the label say?
    I'm invited out, what will I eat? I'm scared?
    I know I shouldn't eat that, but I'm craving it!
    What does Google say about this food?
    Will this diet work?
    Will that one be better?
    Why oh why can't I just have a simple relationship with food?

    Round and round and round we go....
    It's just not a way to live.
