Top of the heap!

Over the years I've amassed a number of resources for treating sex addiction that range from the clinical to the motivational and spiritual. I wrote my thesis based on Pat Carnes' and other's work.

This podcast is a jewel among all the resources out there. Frank. Down to earth. No nonsense and, best of all: non shaming!

If you are struggling with compulsive porn viewing, this resource is able to change your paradigms that keep you stuck and point you in the right direction wherein health and growth are found.

Thank you but a little off truth

kind of opossed to the 12 steps. Yes there are things that are in our control which we should change but everyone to some extent should admit that their life isn't managable and they need to rely on God. I like the effort and am not too proud to admit i might be wrong. If after listening to all the episodes my mind is changed I'll come back and change my review. Thanks for your work.
