Before there was a beginning -- there was Tohu. A realm of big lights and small vessels. A world where powerful forces dominated, and no kings shared their crowns. This was unsustainable. Tikkun followed. A realm of small lights and large vessels. A world where order ruled, and cooperation was the name of the game. This was finally sustainable. Our reality has elements of both Tohu and Tikkun. Our personalities likewise reflect both dimensions -- for better or for worse. The job of life is to manage these dueling realities within and without and keep moving forward, fulfilling the purpose for which we were animated. In this week's session of Kabbalah & Coffee, we take a look inside to discover how these two otherworldly realms are manifest inside our own characters and struggles. We dive deep into our own inner "chaos" and "order" and learn how to better manage the tension.
