    Today, Larry goes one on onewith former Jockey and Horse Racing Commentator Donna Brothers, who discusses her many roles inhorse racing , including that as a Jockey, advocate for Thoroughbred Aftercare and Sports Analyst and how she eventually became a Horse Racing Commentator for NBC, which would allow her to cover first-hand two Triple Crown winners in American Pharoah and Justify. She also mentions why she became a Jockey and how and why she knew that it was time toeventually retire from race riding.; Harness Driver Mark MacDonald, who talks about his recent driving accident which will have him on the sidelines until early next year. Mark also discusses how and where he became part of the Harness Racing industry and if there is any truth to the rumour that he may be returning to drive regularly at Woodbine Mohawk Parknext year.; Woodbine Jockey Keveh Nicholls, who discusses his Graded stakes win last Saturday at Woodbine with the horse Wicked Django and whether he went into that race with a good feeling that he had a chance to win.     Today, Larry goes one on one with Jockey Trevor McCarthy who after a successful ridng career recently pushed the ‘pause’ button on his career and talks about why he made this decision. Trevor also mentions what some of the signs were that he needed to take a break and discusses how a conversation with Chaplain Jay Hurley at Colonial Downs helped him make the decision that the time was right to quit life as a Jockey for the time being.; Peter Physick-Sheard , from the Department of Population Medicine at the University of Guelph, who talks about this years Equine Industry Symposium that will be held online this coming Tuesday and Wednesday and how listeners can register and become part of this regular event. Peter also talks about some of the Symposium’s content and where did the idea of hosting a Symposium for the Equine Industry stem from.; Woodbine Mohawk Park Driver Bob McClure who discusses the 2024 season which he had a late start to because of a non horse racing injury. Kevin also discusses why he has had tremendous luck racing Fillies and Mares and also mentions two horses that will be racing at Woodbine on Saturday and how they have been training up to todays race. Kevin also discusses when he set out to be a Trainer, did he ever imagine that he would have trained horses that to date have earned over $43 Million in purses in his career.; Standardbred Handicapper Garnet Barnsdale, who discusses what he believes were some of the racing highlights at Woodbine Mohawk Park this season and whether he had his own highlight race that he could single out.
