Today is part one of a 2 part series all around the Conflict Resolution Triangle, which E created after seeing trends with clients around their main struggle with conflict in relationships. E breaks down the three parts of the triangle - repair, resolve, and reassure.

We go over some of the nuances that will still arise around this approach, as well as the signs to look for if the triangle is not actually complete.
