#2 From the “Things I’ve Learned In Business” series.

As business owners we spend a lot of time and energy making things work. We work on our business. We work on deal making. We analyze, calculate, contemplate, and discuss ourselves to death on the final decision of whatever project we happen to be working on. Was it worth it? Knowing when to walk away can be just as valuable as making the deal.

  • 131. Cash Flowing Land
    Jan 12 2026

Have questions? Send me a text here

One of the greatest tools available to produce financial momentum is real estate. Most people who produce any kind of content about real estate will, about 95% of the time, talk about single family residential rental properties like it’s some kind of miracle investment. As far as real estate is concerned for the individual non-institutional investor it’s one of the worst investments available.

But almost no one even mentions investing in land and most don’t even consider the possibility of land producing cash flow. But it can, and sometimes with little to no development needed. How? Tune in to find out!

If you own, or are thinking of investing in real estate or a business the best time to start planning your exit is now, even if you think you never want to sell. Listen to this episode for more on this important topic.
