Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Run Coach, and most importantly runner. For over 10 years now, running has been one of the biggest constants in my life, and my goal is that it becomes the same for you. As a physical therapist, one of my foundational core values is that movement is medicine, which is why I am extremely passionate about keeping runners healthy. This podcast was created with the intent to provide all of you runners out there with the proper knowledge on how to be the healthiest and fastest runner you can be, while never losing sight of running for pure enjoyment for the sport. My mission is to help you do the thing you love the most as long as possible, and bring out the best runner and person you were born to be. This show is fun, informative, and centered around all things running related. Every week, I interview running experts AND inspirational runners just like you who work everyday to be a little better than yesterday. I personally, will be running the Newport Jersey City Half Marathon this September, along with a good chunk of my RunwithKat clients.     Dominique is a seasoned yoga instructor and flexibility mobility specialist with a passion for integrating mind and body wellness into athletic training. Holding certifications in 200-hour yoga and levels 1-3 Yin Yoga, Dominique is the Yoga/Recovery instructor for NJ’s highest ranking girls soccer program at DePaul Catholic. She specializes in tailoring yoga and meditation practices to enhance the performance and recovery of athletes. With a rich background as a high-level soccer player and extensive experience in Pilates, breathwork, and meditation, she deeply understands the specific needs of runners.
