Meet Janet Bergamo! She's a health & wellness coach, a 200hr yoga teacher in spiritual yoga, a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo, and has a post masters in behavioral analysis. She works as a patient access supervisor in the ER at a children’s hospital and has been working in healthcare for over 25yrs--the last 8yrs in leadership. She's also am a mom to a 19yr son---He is her WHY! She found her love for everything and anything wellness after losing 70lbs and now struggling through menopause.

You know, I am constantly working on myself and now, I have boundaries. I am no longer asking for more things to do so people will like me. I am no longer going along with the crowd. I do what I want, when and if I want. You know, I like me....no, I LOVE ME and frankly....that's enough for me. I am opening a studio in September to offer Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Intuitive Guidance....all are available in person and distance.
