My anxiety about sleep is gone!



I just want to say Jessica is amazing! I have anxiety and therefore I have insomnia and I have been falling asleep every night for 7 hours or more since I started listening to these episodes! Thank you!!

I'm amazed!

I honestly don't recall hearing the story itself because I was actually able to relax enough that I fell asleep as it began. most rested I've felt in years! thank you for a wonderful night's rest!

I have heard them all, some more than once.

Jessica's hypnotic voice and unique style are truly magical. Now finally, FINALLY, I don't just slumber restfully, but wake up inspired and refreshed every morning.

Addicted and Grateful

What have I stumbled upon? True MAGIC! It changed my life, I can't wait to turn off the TV and rush off to watch 'imagination TV with Jessica'!!! So grateful - most nights hubby and I listen together, which is a totally new couples activity for us! I am so happy and excited that I have a ton of episodes left to discover. Best way to fall asleep

I look forward to new episodes, but they are all so good I have no problem going back and re-listening to older episodes

Voice is perfect. It's soft and comforting, yet firm and guiding.

By far my favorite way to fall asleep. I've listened to dozens of other guided meditations/sleep hypnosis and not one is even close.

Very Helpful

This podcast has changed my life for the better. I have healthier sleep habits and feel calmer when I'm awake. Can you do an episode on feeling comforted when we're having a migraine or feel ill?

Jessica puts me to sleep within minutes!

I am so high strung and neurotic during the day running my own business and family. I juggle so much that it's hard to relax my mind enough to fall asleep or stay asleep. Jessica's podcasts help me fall asleep quickly and also help me find my way back to sleep when I awake in the middle of the night and my brain wants to solve the worlds problems haha thank you! please keep doing these podcasts!
