He shares that we all have God-given physicality and are programmed to a certain degree. He says that it happens to us in early life that shapes us inevitably. He came from a sporting family with very supportive parents, quite challenging, but supportive, and was encouraged to give stuff a try. He also shares his observation as an athlete that it isn't always the most physically talented who would win; there were other factors. The big driving force for him was actually to prove people wrong.
