Starring Thomas Jane, Saffron Burrows, Samuel L Jackson and LL Cool J and scored by Trevor Rabin, Deep Blue Sea remains an incredibly fun watch, a film filled full of B movie charm. It's animatronic shark props, produced by Walt Conti and Edge Innovations, are worth the price of admission alone, still looking impressive all these years later.

With a stellar cast, including the great character actor Takashi Shimura, a masterful score from the legendary composer Akira Ifukube and the often death defying and unsung performances of its suit actors, Godzilla is an important piece of cinematic history that stands the test of time. Directed by Eugenio Martin, put into production to make the most of a model train from a previous production and worked on by a team of writers blacklisted by the House Un-American Activities Committee, Horror Express was a film designed to generate a quick profit on a small budget. Instead audiences were taken on an adventure across the Siberian tundra, the film's witty script lent life and charm by its veteran cast. Hopefully you enjoy this review of it!
