In part two of reflections, we each explore a particular time period from our past and remind ourselves what we accomplished, what we learned, and how it led us to where we are today. Last week's episode was at the micro level of understanding how we can reflect on our day to day activities and make adjustments. This week we zoom out to the macro level to build a greater appreciation of where we came from.

thought Provoking

I just finished the values series, and what strikes me about this podcast is that no one is telling me what to do, or how to be. It's exploratory, honest, and feels authentic to me. the part about respect really resonated with me. What came up was that respect is a side effect of all the other values talked about. gave me a lot to think about.
