The Couch Next Door

De: Candice Fraser
  • Resumen

  • The Couch Next Door is a podcast where a happy hour meets a therapy session. Each episode is hosted by Candice Fraser, a licensed professional counselor, and she will invite friends to come discuss an area of mental health that is impacting their world. Just like a happy hour, there will be a lot of laughter and talk about normal, everyday life things, but deeper questions on mental health topics will be discussed in a way that feels relatable. Let this be a place where we can learn to care for ourselves and those around us well. Come hang out!

There is hope in healing when we speak to our inner child. Giving words of comfort to our younger self can offer up emotional stability that wasn't offered up in the exact way we needed as a young person. We each have the tools within ourselves to find that healing. Let's check in with our inner-child and find out what they need!

review

loved this as it pertained to me as a listener. I am very much like the speaker and glad to know there are people just like me who see the world and are still struggling at the same time. I definitely think that I may be undiagnosed adhd and feel better about myself and how I have managed all my life.
