Certainly not easy. There is so much more to risk now than ever, ever before. And yet, I'm so excited to see when we break that ceiling like what's on the other side, what's on that next level for us.” - Martha Picciao

  • 39. Aligning your Health
    Aug 3 2022

Today, I’m going to talk about finding alignment in your health. In this episode, I will help you understand how to navigate life from a health perspective and the different kinds of supplements or homeopathics, or natural remedies we can use in assisting the body in the way that it needs at the moment.

I shared when I usually get regularly adjusted with a co-chiropractor as a part of my lifestyle. Also, sharing a little bit of my knowledge about the homeopathic remedies I applied to my daughter’s lung challenges, for soaking long in the pool which has chlorine and so much more!

“The cool thing about homeopathy is that you can take a homeopathy, where it has 12 different things in it, and your body is only going to use what it needs. And I think that's a really beautiful thing about the way homeopathic works is that the more specific you can get on what's going on in the body, the remedy will actually exactly match that and help your body heal faster.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

  • 37. Building Confidence
    Jul 20 2022

Most people believe that in order to build confidence, we need to get things started. It is somehow right but in this episode I will tell you the FIRST STEP on how you can truly build confidence. I also shared a couple real life examples such as my skydiving experience and my daughter’s surfing lesson experience. I will also help you understand the areas where we need to build confidence in our lives.

“There are things that will happen in the process of building confidence that will essentially knock you down. But that's also one of the biggest places where you're going to learn about yourself. Your failures are actually some of the places that you're going to build the most confidence.” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

    Jul 13 2022

Kayla Fassio, an Oklahoma Native and 7 year expert in health and fitness. Kayla has a passion for helping women achieve ultimate health - physically and mentally. She is an online holistic coach for women, co-host of a successful podcast 'It Doesn't End Here' which highlights the psychology behind narcissistic, toxic relationships, and just recently launched her own podcast 'Habits You Love' to share her story of her own trauma and self healing journey. Her mission is to inspire women everywhere that they aren't alone in their trauma, that they can break free of toxic environments, become confident in their bodies, and create the life they truly desire.

“When people want to change, they just think they need to start from that day and going forward they need to change. But really you have to stop in your tracks and you have to work backward. You have to undo and unlearn all the programming and looping and negative emotions that got into your thoughts and your beliefs up until the point where you are so I always say like you actually worked backwards to get to where you are and you don't just say, from this day forward I will change. Because that's not how it works.” - Kayla Fassio

  • 35. Creating Trust
    Jul 6 2022

When we place our confidence on ourselves or to anyone, or even depend on something to happen like being hopeful, that’s TRUST. A strong motivational feeling that enables us to let go and be bold in life.

The reason why I wanted to talk about “trust” in this episode is because I had a reel gone viral with 2.4 million views of this amazing little slow motion video of my daughter jumping off of a six foot brick wall into my husband's arms.

    Tune to know more!

    • Deep level of trust
    • Establishing self trust

“We have to have self trust first, in order to be able to show up in such a way. Establishing trust in yourself first. If you don't trust yourself, how are you possibly going to trust somebody else?” - Dr. Patti Gonzalez

  • 34. Aligning Virtues With Finances with Teri Slater
    Jun 29 2022

How confident are you with your spending? In this episode, my friend Teri Slater will educate us on how to have a conservation with money and help us understand its value, just like how money flows in our lives and what it looks like. She also shared what led her to become a Financial Coach and how she helped her client’s relationship with money.

Teri Slater is a Financial Coach for couples who are thriving in their careers, but struggle to talk about money without arguing. She helps them get clear on their goals and values, and see how they can reach those goals while still having the freedom to spend on the things they value.

When she was married, she and her ex- paid off over $200,000 in debt. But she realized that talking to her husband about money was a huge source of stress. Now that she’s no longer married, she’s able to save and invest at a much faster rate!

Her own life experiences and commitment to personal growth have given her the ability to listen without judgment and help her clients work together on shared goals. She brings clarity and compassion through one-on-one coaching, as well as a group coaching program. Learn more about Teri at terislater.com or follow her on Instagram @coach_terislater

“Personal finance is not a one size fits all approach. One of the things that I really love to help my clients do is when we decide or elaborate what their values and their goals are, how can we align your spending with that. You just need to look at other areas where your spending doesn't quite align with your values. And then, where can we tweak that from there.” – Teri Slater

  • 33. Fail Faster
    Jun 22 2022

If you are one of the people hustling for a better life know this, All successful people have failed, that’s how they succeed. There are tries that won’t work but failing faster, after a sincere reflection, will eventually lead you in the right direction, to better ways of doing things. You will know which area you’re going to excel in or succeed.

Myself is no exception. I did fail a couple of times. And what I realized is that, it really doesn’t matter. It’s ok to have not all the answers. There are always going to be roadblocks but they are actually life lessons. So if you’re just going to play small, you will never know that your failure is an opportunity to grow.

“When we fail and find yourself in the middle of a failure, it's okay. And I think we really have to start normalizing that when we fail. It's good. And it's okay to not feel like you're on top of the world all the time. It's okay to have stress in your life. It's okay to feel loss. It's okay to feel like giving up what's not okay is to stay there. You have to believe that each piece of that was there for you to continue to grow. You have to not attach your worth to the outcomes of the things that you are creating. Because that's not you. You are so unique. You have so many gifts, and the beautiful thing is you get to learn how to navigate around.” – Dr. Patti Gonzalez
