I sat down with Saul and Adrian Castellanos to talk about their brand, Tequila Azulillo and the means through which Tequila Azulillo came to be. Saul and Adrian discuss with me the learning process and some of the trials they went through to realize their project. 

We also taste the different expressions of Tequila Azulillo, from their staple tequila blanco, through their reposado, añejo, extra añejo, cristalino, and their newest uncommon expression, raicilla.

I sat down with Diego Garcia to talk about his influential project Curaduria Mezcalnautas, and how he personally curates and champions.  We're also joined by one of his partners, Bernardo Serna.
