Brilliant episode

This episode was excellently written and performed, and it dealt with an extremely important topic of attachment styles and their impact on our relationships and our mental health. Stuart explained in detail the 3 attachment styles, shared his personal experiences, and by asking various questions encouraged the audience to actively participate and explore their own attachement styles and behavioral patterns. Thank you for this fantastic episode Stuart!

Fantastic starter kit for attachment

This was a well presented and enlightening review for a very insightful book on attachment style. Attachment is a very broad subject and Stuart concisely presented a lot of great information. As always, peppered with personal anecdotes and engaging banter. Loved this episode!
