Cold showers.

What started off as a 30-day challenge to prove to myself that I wasn't soft, has now become a mindless routine for me.

It's been so long that I now prefer having cold showers over hot showers (I know, officially a bit a lot crazy). Tbh, I'm addicted to that prickly feeling that I get afterwards, the ongoing skin and hair suppleness, improved cold tolerance, better circulation, mental training, character development, and discipline that keeps me on my A game.
